Tunisia: National Dialogue On Constitution to Begin December 23 in Regions

Bardo — The National Constituent Assembly (NCA) is holding, in association with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), a national dialogue on the Constitution in six Governorates each week.

The cycle of meetings, to begin December 23, 2012, involves the cities of Kairouan, Sfax, Monastir, Sousse, Mahdia and Gabes.

"Dialogue with the civil society aims to enhance citizens' participation in the debate on the constitution, build permanent contact between the NCA and the community and create forums of dialogue on issues of concern to the public opinion," the NCA said in a statement.
