Libya: Nation, Spain Strengthen Ties

Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Garcia-Margallo arrived in Libya on Monday (December 17th), Libya Herald reported. Representatives of major Spanish companies accompanied the minister. The business leaders are reportedly looking to re-enter the Libya market.
The Spanish minister also offered to train Libyan security forces, particularly in border control.
