A judicial source dismissed on Tuesday 18/12/2012 as groundless reports to the effect that Assistant Justice Minister and Secretary General of the High Elections Commission (HEC) Counselor Zaghloul el-Balshi will not participate in the second round of the constitutional referendum.
In statements, the source asserted that el-Balshi will remain in his job inside the commission during the second round of the referendum.
