A Swiss court denied on Tuesday 18/12/2012 Egypt the right to check the assets of ousted President Hosni Mubarak's funds.
The Court ruled that the move came due to the state of chaos and instability in Egypt.
The Swiss public prosecution said in July that Mubarak's funds in Swiss banks reached up to 700 million francs.
