Angola: Congo S President Special Envoy in Luanda

Luanda — The minister of Home Affairs and Decentralization of Congo, Raymond Zephirin, arrived this Wednesday morning in the country for a visit of some hours, as special envoy of the Congolese Head of State, Denis Sassou Nguesso.

According to a source from ANGOP, at Luanda's 4 de Fevereiro International Airport, during his stay in the country's capital city, the Congolese government official will be received in an audience by the Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, to happen at the Presidential Palace.

Raymond Zephirin, who leads a five-person delegation, was welcomed at the airport by the director for Africa and Middle East of the Foreign Affairs Ministry, ambassador Joaquim do Espírito Santo, accompanied by diplomats of that country accredited in Angola.
