Service quality continues to degenerate across networks, despite efforts by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to address the situation.
Network challenges escalated on the MTN network recently, as MTN subscribers across the country could not make successful calls. The network deteriorated to the extent that some subscribers who were able to generate partial calls after several trials, ended up not hearing the call recipient, thus resulting to increased drop calls.
