Angola: Book On ICTs Out On Wednesday in Huambo

Huambo — Writer Victor de Jesus Fortes this Wednesday, in the auditorium of Huambo Province's culture department, will present his first literary work entitled "Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação" (Information and Communication Technologies).

Speaking to ANGOP on Tuesday, the author explained that the book has very up-to-date contents about the Information and Communication Technologies and it is designed for any citizen that wants to know or deepen the knowledge about the ICTs.

He said this literary work comes to fill in a void in the Angolan market in terms of publication of books on ICTs.

The 307-page book has already been presented in the provinces of Luanda, Benguela, Cabinda, Malanje and Huíla.

Victor de Jesus Fortes was born in Luanda in 1953 and he is a professional in the field of the ICTs, having started his career as a programmer in 1977.
