Angola: Police Mobilize About 90.000 Agents for Festive Season

Luanda — The Angolan National Police will mobilize about 90.000 agents from various specialities to assure the festive season all over the country.

This was said to Angop on Wednesday by the second general commander of the corporation for Public Order, Commissioner Chief, Paulo de Almeida.

He said that the corporation will work for the fight of the violent crime, road prevention, as well as ensure tranquillity and calm for the citizens.

The forces of the Home Ministry will be in stand-by in order to offer a better service and security to the citizens during the festive season.

Paulo de Almeida also called on the commanders and officers of the Police organs to mobilize their agents and give necessary instructions for the accomplishment of the missions.
