In continued strict compliance with the directives of President Goodluck Jonathan on ensuring that every Nigerian pensioner is paid his or her pension accrued arrears, the Task Team has so far processed and released payments for over 38,000 pensioners in 22 batches.
This is the first time in the history of governance in Nigeria that a government is ensuring that all pensioners are being paid.
