Soyo — The Vice-president of the Republic, Manuel Domingos Vicente, inaugurated on Wednesday the Media Library of Soyo City in the northern Zaire province.

Angop learnt that the infrastructure will permit the citizens to use several information supports, namely written, audio and television information.

The Vice-president was received by the provincial governor of Zaire, Joanes André.

The three-floor undertaking comprises areas of leisure and reading, auditorium, an infant and juvenile park, as well as a research space.
