Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi has said he will make public the list of at least 17 foreign based Super Eagles players who would join the team's camp in Faro on December 29 for final preparations for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) next month.
Already 23 players in the Nigeria Premier League are camping in Abuja ahead of the championship in South Africa
Although Keshi refused to give a hint on the foreign players he intends to invite, his body language suggested that players like Emmanuel Emenike, Brown Ideye, Shola Ameobi, Victor Moses, Mikel Obi, Ahmed Musa, Nosa Igiebor, and Onazi Ogenyi are sure bets.
Keshi said every player stands a chance of being invited but whoever is anxious to see his list of foreign players for AFCON 2013 should wait patiently till Tuesday.
"Be patient, maybe next week Tuesday, you will see it. Sometime early next week, maybe Tuesday I will release the list", Keshi said.
The coach said he is not so sure about the readiness of his players for the championship but said the team is in the process of getting ready for the showpiece in South Africa.
He said the players he has been working with are doing really well but until he sees what the foreign players can bring into the team, he cannot speak much on the readiness of the Eagles.
"We are in the process. About readiness, I do not know yet. With the players here, it has been well. Until I see the foreign based players, I cannot say much about the readiness of the team. Some of them are out of season now. They are on break so we have to wait until they join us", he stated.
