Director of Army Public Relations Brigadier General Mobolaji Koleoso was among the promoted officers to the rank of Major General.
Former Aide-de-Camp (ADC) to late President Umar Yar 'Adua, Colonel Dennis M. Onoyiveta, was also promoted to Brigadier General.
A statement signed by Gen. Koleoso yesterday said "Among those promoted to the substantive rank of Major General included Brigadier General N. O. Ojiji of the Armed Forces Command and Staff College (AFCSC), the Commandant, Depot Nigerian Army, Brigadier General H. A. Salihu, Brigadier General S. Z. Uba of the Defence Headquarters, Brigadier General E. T. Nienge of the Nigerian Army School of Supply and Transport, Brigadier General David Enetie of Headquarters Infantry Corps Centre, Brigadier General Mashudy O. Adekanye of the Nigerian Army Ordnance School, Commander of 23 Brigade Nigerian Army, Brigadier General John N. Nwaoga, Brigadier General Patrick G. Ogah of Army Headquarters Directorate of Training and Operations and the Director of Army Public Relations Brigadier General Mobolaji Koleoso.
