Angola: Parliament Promotes Christmas for MPs' Children

Luanda — A Christmas for children of MP's and staff with the National Assembly was promoted on Wednesday here, meant to assure interaction and leisure moments with the children, Angop has learnt.

The initiative was chaired by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos, who granted toys, sensitized the children on engaging more and more in studies, so that they contribute with professional and academic knowledge in country's development when they grow up.

"It is a joy to see the children playing and receiving toys. It reminded my childhood, as I enjoyed to get car toys", reminded the MP, that wished a Merry Christmas and a prosperous new year to the children.
