Angola: More Than 100 Families Rehoused

Ondjiva — At least 135 residences were handed over on Wednesday in Onahumba ward, surroundings of Ondjiva, southern Cunene province, to the families of the victims of floods, in a ceremony chaired by the provincial Governor, Antóiono Didalelwa, Angop has learnt.

The area comprises a school, a health centre, public lighting, providing a worthy life to those people that were living in tents.

The governor said that it is important to solve the problems of the victims of floods that hit the regions over the last four years.
