Namibia: New FNB Branch in Ongwediva

Last week, FNB Namibia opened a full service branch in Ongwediva.

Oliver Horsthemke, Far North Area Manager in Ongwediva said that due to high demand this step was taken. "We listen to our customers' needs and requests," he added. This is the 52nd branch opened by FNB in Namibia.

FNB Namibia Holdings Limited, through its subsidiaries, provides various financial services to individuals, small businesses, corporate businesses, and public sector clients. Its products and services are available through a country-wide network of 52 branches, 224 ATMs and Mini-ATMs, and 2050 speed points across the country.

Horsthemke advised that the response by the public has been overwhelmingly great. He said: "Customers are very excited to have this huge, spacious, modern branch on their doorstep, offering full banking services, 4 ATMs (incl. 1 deposit taking ATM), and an online banking terminal (accessible 24 hrs). Previously they had to go to Oshakati or Ondangwa for banking services as up to now Ongwediva only had an ATM services."
