Kenya: Nurse Officials Arrested

The government it may seem has made good its threat to sack all striking nurses. ( Resource: Kenyan Govt To Sack Striking Nurses

Officials of the Kenya National Union of Nurses have been arrested. The union leaders refused to call off the strike despite it being termed illegal. Nurses have been on strike since the 3rd of December demanding to have their union registered.
