Tanzania: TASWA AGM Attracts More Support

THE Dar es Salaam based company Msama Promotions has joined forces to support the Tanzania Sports Writers' Association (TASWA) next weekend's annual general meeting planned for Kiromo View Resort in Bagamoyo, Coast Region.

A statement issued by TASWA Secretary General, Amir Mhando, said the firm donated 1.5m/- to support the meeting. The company's Director, Alex Msama, said they feel proud to be associated with TASWA and promised continued support.

Mhando thanked Msama Promotion for the support, calling for more companies and individual to support the meeting. He said the association need 20m/- to smoothly hold the meeting on December 28 and 29.

Mhando said the meeting will draw at least 100 participants from all media houses in the country as well as other sports stakeholders.
