Angola: Executive Implements Mediatechs Countrywide - Vice President

Soyo — The Angolan Vice President, Manuel Domingos Vicente, said last Wednesday in Soyo Municipality, northern Zaire Province, that the immediate goal of the executive is to expand the creation of mediatechs in all provinces of the country.

Speaking after the inaugurating the country's fourth mediatech, in Soyo Municipality, the Vice President said that the Angolan Executive will continue to adopt measures with such grandeur in every province.

"By instruction from the President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos, we are here today for the inauguration of this great undertaking, which has an important meaning for the province, despite being symbolic at this level", he stressed.

According to Manuel Vicente, the executive has taken great steps towards rebuilding and expanding great infrastructures that are necessary for the country's development.

He stressed that with the inauguration of this undertaking, Zaire Province and Soyo City, particularly, now enter the information era, adding this will serve to upgrade and train young people and adults.

The infrastructure has three floors comprising rooms for reading and research, an auditorium, as well as a leisure park, among other sections.
