Safaricom has lost its bid to stop the high court from hearing its case with Faulu micro finance over the M-shwari product. Safaricom wanted the case referred to the Industrial property tribunal saying the high court has no jurisdiction to hear the case. Justice Jonathan Havelock has ordered the case to proceed, saying the court has unlimited jurisdiction to hear and determine the petition.
