Gambia: Date Named for Real-Gamtel Supercup Bout

Real De Banjul -Gamtel date has been named for the two sides' bout for the Super Cup trophy.

Gamtel will have to fend off fierce attempts from the League winners Real for the Super Cup title in an all Banjul rivalry on Sunday at the Independence stadium.

The duel slated for December 23rd occurs five days before the start of the domestic league proper December 28th.

Gamtel, who are thrice winners of FA Cup, will have a hefty task at hand with Real De Banjul aiming to clinch their second silverware in the year in a space of six months.

It would be test of strength for Gamtel focusing on the league and Real De Banjul making return to Caf Champions league football after twelve years of absence.

Tickets for this tie, according to GFA, is pegged at D100 for VIP, D25 for covered and D10 for uncovered.
