Angola: Government Presents Draft Budget for Carnival 2013

Luena — The Government of the eastern Moxico province is presenting Friday in Luena the draft budget for the Carnival 2013.

At its second Ordinary Meeting, the Government will also analyse the situation of drainages of rains in Luena city, the degree of implementation of demining operations and physical and financial implementation of municipal programmes under the rural development and combat of poverty.

The implementation of the Public Investment programme (PIP) and the General State Budget for 2012 are also part of the agenda.

The first ordinary session happened on October 25 and discussed social and economic matters of the province.
