Mozambique: Legal Advice

Maputo — "Nemo censetur ignorare legem" because nobody is supposed not to know the law, the CTA and SAL & Caldeira Advogados, Lda. decided on August 1, 2012 in Maputo, to establish a partnership that aims at informing the national and foreign private sectors operating in the country, as well as the general public.

The information of legal nature published in the newsletter in Portuguese is written by experts in law, so that readers have safe access to reliable and high quality informations, and begin to understand their rights and duties.

We sincerely hope that this collaboration is a step in improving the business environment of the country.
