Nairobi residents have until the end of this month to clear their water bill arrears or have supply disconnected. Nairobi water communications manager Mbaruku Vyakweli says they have started disconnecting water supply for defaulters and those with illegal connections. He says they are losing billions to arrears and illegal connections.
