We will soon be funding our own HIV programs. The cabinet has approved a sustainable domestic fund for HIV that seeks to sustain funding in case of donor withdrawal. Concerns had been raised over the over-reliance on donors for our HIV programs, raising fears that many people living with HIV/AIDS would miss out on ARVS.
