Nigeria: Justice Eso Buried in Ilesa

Osogbo — The remains of the late retired Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Justice Samuel Obakayode Eso was today committed to mother earth at his home town, Ilesa in Osun state.

Eminent personalities at the funeral ceremony, included the Osun state Governor, Mr Rauf Aregbesola, his Ekiti state counterpart, Dr Kayode Fayemi, Minister of state for Defence, Erelu Olusola Obada and former Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission (ICPC), Justice Emmanuel Ayoola.

At the burial service held at the Anglican Church cathedral, Omofe, Ilesa, the Primate of the Anglican Communion, Church of Nigeria, Archbishop Nicholas Okoh said the late Justice Eso was an epitome of justice and fairness."
