Angola: Over 3,000 Police Officers for Festive Season in Malanje

Malanje — At least 3,500 police officers have been mobilised to guarantee the security and keep order and tranquility during the festive season in north-eastern Malanje province, Angop learnt.

This was announced on Thursday by the deputy provincial commander of the National Police for Public Order, Pedro Quiambi, during a parade that aimed to show the state of readiness of the forces and equipments that will be used during the mentioned period.

According to him, this act marks the start of the projects for officers under the actions Outlined by the highest command for the festive season.
