Zimbabwe: Deputy Minister Seiso Moyo Passes Away

The MDC is sad to announce that Hon. Seiso Moyo, the MDC secretary for Elections, Nketa MP and Deputy Minister for Agriculture has died. Minister Moyo died at the Avenues Clinic in Harare today. He was 56.

Hon Moyo is a founder member of the MDC and has held several positions in the party including being the provincial representative for Matabeleland South. Minister Moyo is a former board member of several non-governmental organisations (NGOs) including Africa Rehabilitation Institute and the Council for the Blind.

He is survived by his wife Sinini and 5 children.

Funeral arrangements will be announced in due course.
