Eritrea: Promising Agricultural Activities Underway in Enkaele Village

Assab — The inhabitants of Enkaele area, Southern Red Sea region, are carrying out promising agricultural activities in collaboration with EDF members.

Among the inhabitants, Ms. Momina Abdu and Mr. Mohammed Ahmed explained that the community's awareness as regards plant production is on the rise, and lauded the active participation of the Army members in the process. They further indicated that they have cultivated various vegetables along with lemon trees, the harvest of which is gaining momentum.

Among the EDF members, Ibrahim Ahmed expressed his colleagues' moral satisfaction with taking part in community-based development venture. Moreover, he indicated that they would step up their labor and skill input to such initiatives.
