Angola: Governor Calls for Support to Implement Social Projects

Menongue — The governor of the south-eastern Kuando Kubango, Higino Carneiro, Thursday appealed to the local population to cooperate in the implementation of projects planned for 2013.

The governor said so during year-end greetings ceremony with the staff.

The act was attended by the vice governor, directors and provincial delegates, district and communal administrators, government assistants, members of defence and security body.

The governor stressed that the population is, in fact, the main purpose that encourages the Executive to understand and meet the challenges the Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, posed to the government of Kuando Kubango for the five-year 2013/2017.
