At least 60 suspected militiamen have been arrested in Tana Delta following fresh clashes that left at least 40 people dead.

GSU head of operation Antony Kamitu says they also recovered firearms and crude weapons during the operation.

A Combined force of GSU, regular and administration police officers are hunting down the killers.
