Tunisia: BFCM Retained 'Automatically' for the Purchase of 13 Percent BT Capital

Tunis — The Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel (BFCM) has been retained for the purchase of 13% of the Banque de Tunisie (BT)'s capital, Tunisia's Central Bank (BCT) Governor Chedly Ayari told, on Friday, TAP.

After having refused to grant approval to Royal Luxembourg SOPARFI consortium's offer, TCB decided, according to Mr. Ayari, to accept that of BFCM, which ranked second among bidders for this cession operation...
