The Judicial commission appointed to investigate the Tana Delta clashes has canceled its retreat to compile its report after fresh clashes erupted in the area. The team's chairperson Judge Grace Nzioka says they will tour the area to conduct further investigation. The team was expected to present its report to the president before January 16th
