The mother of five children found murdered in their Korogocho home on Thursday yesterday presented herself to police. The woman who expressed shock at their deaths visited Kasarani police station and denied being involved in the killing of her children.

She said she is separated from the children's father who lives with the children and that she saw her children on Wednesday after a two weeks absence.

Nairobi OCPD Moses Ombati said the woman is in custody for further interrogation and to help police nab the children's father.
