Tunisia: Islamists Attack Tunisia Opposition Meeting

Hundreds of Islamists on Saturday (December 22nd) allegedly attacked an opposition party conference on the island of Djerba, AFP reported.
The assailants broke into the hall where Nidaa Tounes was meeting, bringing it to an abrupt close. The meeting was being held to mark the end of 40 days of mourning after the death of Nidaa Tounes member Lotfi Nakdh.
