Eritrea: Goluj Residents Express Satisfaction With Judicial Service

Goluj — The residents of Goluj semi-urban center expressed satisfaction with the service the community magistrate in the locality is rendering, the impact of which in settling cases at early stage has become significant. Pointing out that they used to travel to the cities of Tesenei, Barentu and Asmara for legal service, they said that they could presently avoid unwanted loss of time and energy in line with the availability of a community magistrate.

Among the inhabitants, Mr. Zemichael Bahta and Mr. Osman Idris lauded the judges' commitment in their career vis-à-vis the pleasant manner of magisterial hearing.

Mr. Hagos Misgina, a Judge in the locality, indicated that according to the current authorization, community magistrates can entertain judicial cases on fixed assets worth 150,000 Nakfa.
