Mbanza Kongo — The Minister of Higher Education, Adão do Nascimento, highlighted on Friday in M'banza-Kongo city, northern Zaire province, the guidelines of the Angolan President, José Eduardo dos Santos, on the development of Angola, mainly the implementation of integrated infrastructures programme underway the country.

The minister said so during the releasing acto f the book entitled "Infraestruturas integradas e Saneamento em Angola, Projecto e Execução" by the provincial governor of Zaire, José Joanes André, who was the coordinator of this programme in the country.

According to Adão do Nascimento, the guidelines of the head of the executive was highly interpreted esteemed with a technical and practical approach by the team coordinated by the current governor of Zaire, thus the success achieved in the implementation level in Luanda and other regions of the country.

The ceremony was attended by staff and officials of the Ministry of Urbanisation and Housing, principal of Kianvu Tamo University, professors and lecturers, members of the local government, writer's family, clerics and other guests.

The event was enlivened by musicans Ricardo Lenvu, Chana and Rui Kiame.
