Zimbabwe: High Hopes for Follet-Smith

ZIMBABWE'S representatives in this year's Doral-Publix Junior Golf Classic, Ben Follet-Smith and Travis Smith, are expecting to do well in the event that tees off on Thursday. The event draws top junior golf players from the age of 18 and below and Zimbabwe's representatives believe they will do well.

The players are bubbling with confidence as they had good preparations ahead of the event.

Two top junior golfers take part in the tournament every year.

Follet-Smith will tee off at 9:54am while the other Smith tees off at 8:30am.

The two players are expected to raise the country's flag high and emulate the late Lewis Chitengwa who won the same event.

The Doral-Publix Junior Golf Classic is the premiere tournament for junior golf with over 690 junior golfers from around the world participating every year.

Contestants not only have to be great golfers, but they must demonstrate academic excellence in the classroom.
