Angola: Minister Swears in Staff of Ministry of Science and Technology

Luanda — TheMinister of Science and Technology, Maria Cândida Teixeira, sworn in last Friday in Luanda the new staff of her sector.

The minister sworn in Júlio Nierere de Campos e Almeida as the head of her Office, Joana Maria Mendes Adão Kalenga as the deputy director of the minister's Office.

It was invested Maria Helena Ramos dos Santos Miguel and Inês Itumba Fortunato were inaugurated in the posts of the consultant of the minister's Office and minister's secretary, respectively.

Anabela Custodio António and Ricardo Filipe de Queirós were invested in the posts of director of State Secretary's Office and consultant, respectively.

It was sworn in Gabriel Luís Miguel as national director for technological development, Domingos da Silva Neto as national director for scientific research and João Miguel Venâncio da Silva as the director of the study and planning Office.

The minister also sworn in Armando Manuel Valente as director of the National Scientific Research Centre, Rufino Paulino Sambanje as director of National Technological Centre and António Alberto Neves de Alcochete as the coordinator for founding commission of the national fund for scientific and technological development.

Manuel Lopes Francisco was invested in the post of coordinator of the founding commission of the national institute for traditional knowledge.
