Tunisia: Nation Approves New Finance Minister

Tunisia's National Constituent Assembly on Thursday (December 20th) approved the appointment of Elyes Fakhfakh as the country's new finance minister, TAP reported.
The Ettakatol Party member previously served as tourism minister. Fakhfakh replaces Slim Besbès, who served as interim finance minister after the resignation of Houcine Dimassi on July 27th.
