Christmas lost its meaning for Chinelo Bob-Osamor, nee Okagbue and her siblings, since her their father passed on December 25, 2004. Eight years on, the initial pangs of hurt may have subdued but the feeling of despondency returns, ever so often. And at Christmas, the trauma is evident.
