The Higher Elections Commission (HEC) headed by Counselor Samir Abu Al-Maaty will announce the final results of the referendum on the draft constitution within hours.

Some 16 million voters out of 52 eligible voters turned out to the polling stations that represent a 32 per cent.

HEC received all voting records from public and sub polling stations in 17 governorates where the second round of voting on the referendum was held. HEC also will compile these records of the first and the second one into one version.
