Tunis — Regional Development and Planning Minister Jamaleddine Gharbi underlined, during the regular meeting of the communication cell on Monday in Tunis, that the new development model scheduled for 2013, will be based mainly on the Tunisian citizen's dignity, which will top the key objectives' priorities of the new development policy.
