Over 3,000 people have died from road accidents since January to date. Traffic Commandant Ben Kibui says majority of the deaths are pedestrians at 1,518 followed by 727 passengers and close to 300 drivers. Kibui says focus will now change to ensure pedestrians observe traffic rules.
