Kenya: Private Motorists Not Required to Have Extinguisher, First Aid Kit

It is wrong for any police officer to ask a private vehicle owner for a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and a towing rope. Traffic Commandant Ben Kibui says only Public Service Vehicles are required by law to have the items. He says you should report any officer who asks for the items to the number 020 260 381 4.
