Angola: Corporation Expels Seven Police Officers

Ondjiva — Seven police officers were expelled last Sunday from the corporation in the southern Cunene Province, for getting involved in acts of vandalism and disrespecting disciplinary regulations.

The former officers are Sebastião Augusto, sub-chief, first class agent Bernardino Joaquim, Kayondjo Kaundubwa and Domingos Agostinho, as well as agent André Kautondokwa José and Tobias Kamaty.

The Home Affairs delegate and police commander of the region, commissioner Manuel Gouveia, said that the former police officers were expelled for getting involved in criminal acts, which is against the National Police regulations.
