Angola: Armed Forces Defends Use of Resources in 2013

Luanda — The General Army Headquarters of the Angolan Armed Forces (EMG/FAA) expects for 2013 to address its tasks in the rational thrifty use of its resources.

This was said on Monday in Luanda by the General Chief of Staff of FAA, General Geraldo Sachipengo Nunda, during the year-end greetings ceremony.

The act was witnessed by generals, admirals, senior officers, captains, junior officers, sergeants, soldiers and civil employers of FAA.

He said that FAA will also prioritize the strict and Creative accomplishment of the programme established by FAA Commander-in-Chief, the President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos, so as to achieve the desired levels, favourable for the growth of the country in its route for the global development of the nation.

General Nunda highlighted as priority for 2013 better living and working conditions for militaries, political educators, experts and civil employees in the various levels of the chain of FAA command, so that each one of them may fully accomplish their mission.

On the other hand, the general urged FAA's staff to strengthen more and more the security countrywide.
