Angola: Police Detain 17 Suspected Criminals

Luanda — The provincial police command arrested in the last 24 hours in various localities of Luanda 17 supposed criminals.

According to the information officer of the provincial police command of Luanda, Brígida da Cruz, the detained citizens are being accused of their involvement in various crimes such as attempt of theft of a car, a motorbike, several items and money, batteries, threat of death and material damages.

She said that the crimes happened in the localities of Ingombota , Kilamba Kiaxi, Rangel, Sambizanga, Viana and Cazenga.
