Rwanda: Frank Joe Releases 'Ni Wowe? Video

Canada-based Rwandan musician, Frank Joe (real names Frank Rukundo) yesterday released the video of his latest single, 'Ni Wowe'.

The single which is among the 12 songs that make up his debut album yet to be released was produced by Pastor P while its video was directed by MeddieSaley.

His debut album that he hopes will be released any time soon has great songs likeRosinah,Garuka, Byina, If You Don't Mind, BubbleyBubbley, Alive to Love, Umusonga , Diamond Girl andKipendaRoho which he did with singer Kidumu.

"I do not know the specific date when I will officially launch my first album but I will update you when I set the right date because I am currently caught up in a number of activities. But when my schedule is clear, you people will be the first to know," Frank Joe told The NewTimes yesterday.

Frankie Joe Rukundo was born and raised in Kampala, Ugandabefore he moved back to Rwanda in 2002 where he finished his high school and later joined the National University of Rwanda in 2004 to pursue a degree in Financial Management.

Ever since he decided to do music on a professional level, with the help of Robert Kamanzi, a renowned East African record producer, Frankie Joe has also enjoyed successin the region as an actor and model. Frankie Joe's style is a perfect blend of smooth RnB fused with a Caribbean dance hall touch, which make the final combination of the two quite impeccable. He lives in Canada with his wife and son.

Apart from music, he recently had a chance to appear in the new series 'Hell on Wheels' which features American rapper, Common.
