Angola: Catholic Bishop Advises Believers to Awake to Faith

Benguela — The bishop of Benguela Diocese, Eugénio Dal Corso, advised Christians to awake to faith during the festive season in order to give themselves to Christ's teachings.

Priest Eugénio, who spoke at the traditional Midnight Mass, on Christmas Eve (last Monday), in the parish of Nossa Senhora de Fátima, having reminded that the meeting in holy assembly to celebrate Christmas happens in the year of faith and it is implicit an invitation for believers to strengthen their faith.

The preacher found it necessary to first clarify what faith means, especially for Christians in this season, which is the feast of the birthday of Jesus Christ.
