Nigeria: '670 FCT Christian Pilgrims in High Spirit'

About 670 Christian pilgrims from FCT airlifted to the Holy land are in high spirits with no single case of abscondment or casualty reported.

This was disclosed by Senator Philip T. Aduda, chairman and leader of delegation to the 2012 FCT Christian Pilgrimage, in a statement of felicitation to the pilgrims for Christmas and New Year.

He however appealed to intending pilgrims that have not yet been airlifted to the Holy land to be calm as the operation will resume after the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Aduda said the delegation is in close contact with the Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission (NCPC) in order to ensure a successful completion of the 2012 Christian pilgrimage operations.
